Can someone tell me what the difference between the 150SSSL and the 151SSSL is? They are both front ultra low springs. V6 vs V8?

Is it necessary to replace the bump stops with lowered springs? I read it wasn't necessary. Maybe for the ultra lows/granatellis. Wasn't planning on replacing/cutting mine.
So, for the Eibach springs, the instructions specifically state that you do not need to modify bump stops so I would assume the same for similar drops from other springs. Thing is, some of the King springs go lower so I dunno on those.

Unless the shocks/struts are replaced that accommodate a lower travel then keep the stock bump stops.

looking to order King Springs

Can anyone help me with ordering King Springs from Sparebox, are you guys buying them directly from their Sparebox website or through their Ebay listings from Sparebox, also, does anyone have the complete part number needed for the SL King Springs for the front and rear for a 2017 SS, TIA

can anyone give me some info on ordering the king springs from Sparebox, are you guys ordering them directly from Sparebox or through their EBAY listings for king springs from Sparebox, are their listed prices in US currency or AU, can you tell me what the total cost should be including shipping, TIA

Look them up by the part numbers only because the names are different when you look them up for different cars. They may call one super low for a V8 but on a V6 they call it low but the part number is the same. The prices on Sparesbox's web site are in Australian Dollars. You can buy off of their web site or on eBay.

Looks great with the SSL's. Im ready to buy now if i can get the 20% to work on spares box eBay. Messaged the seller to see why it gives the error "cannot apply this code to your order"

haven't gotten a response yet from eBay seller, but i used the chat function on spares box website and they said the coupon was only available to those locally within australia.

Just one FYI with Sparesbox, the shipment will come DHL and will require a signature and the tracking page doesn't make it obvious that it's signature required.
Hey did you ever figure out what was causing your rear ride height issue? I've noticed that my drivers side sits about 1/4" lower than the passenger. Fronts were fine.

I think it was mainly what I was thinking about the alignment of the upper strut mount compared to the lower mount. The left side wasn't perfectly aligned and even though the upper holes have a lot of room for adjustment, I think it will affect ride height. That is the ONLY thing I could find that I think had anything to do with it. When I changed the rear SSL springs to the SL springs, I spent a lot of time getting the alignment perfect (which included removing and reinstalling each assembly a few times) and after that all 4 corners were within 0.5" of each other. I never took apart the left front that was higher than everything else because once I fixed the rear the difference is hardly noticeable where before it bothered me every time I saw the car.

I'm not 100% sure if I'm remembering correctly but I think one is for the G8 generation and the other is for the SS generation. Both use the same rear spring.
Yes, the 150 is for the VE Commodore/G8 cars.
Just to confuse things, it looks like the Caprice has the same cut-over in the numbers between WM and WN.
King Springs have a new catalogue on their website if you scroll down their webpage.

I got the SL springs for my MY15 SS and they are amazing. Not too low, closes the gap nicely, and yet firm enough when pushing it hard through the corners but soft enough (even on Perf mode) to feel like stock. I took the car through the TOTD recently and they felt great!
