Yes, ride height. It was in response to a posting of a picture obviously, but more detailed info is useful.

Eibachs look nothing like King springs. Eibachs use progressive coil spacing and consistent wire diameter. Whereas King uses consistent coil spacing and progressive wire diameter. Unless you're talking about ride height. :wink

Well it seems to me that Granatelli is still the best option. They need 25 to make them. I believe they have 5 sold already. So lets all get them now, I'm sure once everyone starts getting there 2017's that the orders will go up.

Funny thing, Just received a set of Granatelli springs and they didn't do a good job of taking the King logo and part # of them before shipping them. 152SSSL

I thought we knew this...? No? Sorry, not trying to be condescending, just thought I'd seen it posted here with some substance at some point.

But I'm wondering why anyone would be surprised anyway.

I remember seeing someone post that they were made by king too. No big deal and not sure why they just don't call them King instead of rebranding them.

Anyone know where these go? I assume on the piston shaft as an extra bumpstop?

I think most people basically knew the Granatelli springs were made by Kings, due to the similarities in design, but i also think most people thought they were made by Kings to a custom specification for Granatelli, and differed from the Kings spring lineup. If these are just Kings SSSL, then why pay more, and wait longer? Just order Kings? Or am i missing something here?

Yup i paid more and waited. Being the same part # I highly doubt they are a special spring rate. Just run of the mill 152SSSL springs. I think it's rather funny considering they blamed the delay on a powder coater issue here in the states when it was probably just a shipping issue coming from down under. Unless King is manufactured in the US.

Guys it's just them.

Google is powerful, learned about these guys years ago when I got my Mustang and was doing research on that.

I hate to overtly bash anyone, but this is Granatelli. I think some of you maybe had your expectations a bit too high.

Explains why the drop looked very similar between the ultra lows (SSSL) and the Granatellis. Because they are the same spring.

Im sure this confirmation will be important for those who were considering ordering Granatellis. Not sure why then from this point on, anyone would order the Granatellis and pay more/wait longer, when they can get the same springs off sparesbox for less, and they are here within a week.

That being said, i made my mind up a few weeks ago that i would be going with the SSL.

Mine only took two or three days, can't remember which.

I was floored by how fast they came from all the way over there without insane shipping cost. I don't know how they do it but then again I don't know a ton about international shipping anyway, other than it's a pain to set up, and expensive.
Good luck trying to send them back.

They won't provide you with a return label at their discounted price even if you insist on paying.

DHL (same method they used to ship) for four springs back to them is ~$500 US.

With all the delays on Granatelli's myself and another member did our research, I didn't want to blow up any vendors spot, but the Kings Ultra Low (v6) are identical to the Granatelli's. Ordered them 3 weeks ago and they came in 4 days. Have them on my car now and the ride quality is great and stance is perfect. They are actually v6 springs which would probably explain the softer springs rate.

I ordered a total of 10 springs (two full sets and a single rear set).

Now four springs are on my vehicle and 6 are collecting dust...

One set was too low for my needs/tastes and the other was good for the front but I wanted the rear not so low.
List then in the classifieds here, they'll sell. I sold my rear SSL springs after I changed them to the SL springs. Then the buyer just has to buy the matching set from Sparesbox.
