Hey Everyone,

I was able to see discussion around specific details of your vehicle. I know Erica posted the percentages, but we wanted to break it down for all of the SS owners here on the forum.

3502 customer orders (dealer sold) built for 2014, if you add the early 25, we have a total of 3,527 SS in the US.

1778 were Black
78 with no roof and inflator
848 with sunroof and spare tire
809 with sunroof and inflator
43 with no sunroof and the spare tire

605 were Red Hot
33 with no roof and inflator
291 with sunroof and spare
258 with sunroof and inflator
23 with no roof and spare

530 were Heron White

41 with no roof and inflator
249 with sunroof and spare
208 with sunroof and inflator
32 with no roof and spare

445 were Silver Ice Metallic
43 with no roof and inflator
208 with sunroof and spare
164 with sunroof and inflator
30 with no roof and spare

144 were Mystic Green
9 with no roof and inflator
64 with sunroof and spare
60 with sunroof and inflator
11 with no roof and spare

25 pre customer orders built for internal GM use that will/were sold through auction as used cars. The breakdown of these are:

6 were black, 2 with sunroof, all with inflator kit

5 were Mystic Green, 2 with sunroof all with inflator kit

4 were Red Hot, one with sunroof, all with inflator kits

6 Silver Ice, one with sunroof, all with inflator kits

4 Heron White, all with sunroof, all with inflator kits

Cool. Now if you could find VIN's range(s) associated with these numbers, THAT WOULD REALLY BE GREAT!!! I have VIN 926571, Build date 08/13. Just looking for more information. Thanks, Laura

Think it was a dealer car on a test drive (or perhaps stolen?). Happened early in the year and showed up in the insurance auction. There were several pics on that site - one showed that the engine is moved to the left 6-8". Cabin seemed to be OK.

Wow. Hate to see anyone's in that shape. There was another one going around the net about the same time that wasn't quite so bad, but it had been rolled. Cabin strength is a big plus on these cars.
