Typical Procharger setup, This is the 2 core intercooler in front of the condenser. Trans cooler replaced and relocated above intercooler, you can see it in one photo running horizontal. Washer fluid replaced and moved to the left of engine up top, radiator fluid bottle moved to right side of engine, by the blow off valve.

No H/E and Active Interchiller will give you better air flow and winter time IAT year round.
Is removing the windshield washer tank the only way with that system?

Yes, we don’t recommend strapping the Chiller to front of crash bar for obvious reasons. It will fit and others do mount there’s out front, SS/G8 are the only kit with this problem. Simple solution is to use a Camaro reservoir or aftermarket.

We also have our 13” vertical kit that is a direct fit for all SS/G8 that does not interfere with anything. Either kit will give better results than any H/E. Our 13” Competition Vertical Interchiller Kit for G8 SS Sedan. This is a direct fit kit with H/E bypass and a very EZ kit to install, nothing cut and does not interfere with washer tank or H/E, only 2.2' AC hose and bolts direct to frame rail. I have used a Vertical Chiller on my GTO since 09 but we only recommend these up to 650 HP. However this is the same core the C6 ZR1 uses and we have them on 800 HP cars.

Our Interchiller kits are very popular with LSA conversions where customer goes direct to Chiller and skips buying an H/E. A good H/E cost is nearly as much and cheap ones are inefficient and restrict air flow. Charles SS pictured in post above had IATs close to 200deg and Increased Transmission Temperatures as a high mileage daily with a big Frozen boost H/E and nearly no bumper when it came in.

Our kits are a much better value than Higher Priced Copies and the only complete kits available. Picture your IAT going down when you stop instead of going up and staging at 55deg IAT.

Didn't see your post earlier, sorry.

I honestly can't remember if the bends and all are in the correct location for the stock heat exchanger. I have the weapon x track attack on mine. I'm sure you know how hot it's been down here, my intake temps are still hurting. In the "cooler" weather we had, I was starting a pull at about 10° over ambient. Now in this summer heat, it's stays about 20° over ambient, and that's with the track attack and reservoir.Eventually I'm going to upgrade pumps and maybe get a larger trunk tank to help. But the track attack drops the temps back down within seconds.
I'm assuming you are running the CTS-V Weapon X heat exchanger. I have been considering the same one. Any work required to get it to fit?

Thanks for the dimensions - mocked one up to see what I'm working with for a second hx
