New Intake / Interchiller Water Temperature Controller

We have a New IWT Control System with Digital Display. This will let your existing HX take over at any temperature you desire and work with any pump. This will work with ¾” / 1” hose or -12 / -16 AN fittings. Once you program controller forget about it! Why do I need this? 1. Drive with AC off and use HX. 2. Standing mile, Stage with your Ice cold Interchiller then after compressor turns off at say 75* – 100* coolant let the HX take over when you have free 100mph air flow. Very fast open close 12V DC System.

Out in Mexico.... Did some pulls against a 727hp rousch 16' 5.0 of the 4 total pulls Iat2's didn't exceed 79F with a open style air filter. Air filter now has a block off plate

Javier in the Bronx NY fabed up a custom reservoir in the cabin filter box for his A6 SS. A little tight on mount bolts but look how clean system lays out. Again Owner Build and Install.

UPDATE:

The new Chevy SS 1/4 mile record! 9.04@156.9mph (with a 75 shot of nitrous)! Full weight car as well. This was just done this morning at the G8/SS Extravaganza!.

Turbo and Centri guys go with an external W2A intercooler or better yet liquid cooled Intake Manifold. Custom TBSS Turbo with Laminova Intercooler and Active Interchiller rocks, it belongs to Frazier our Installing Dealer in NY, Iron 6.0 with LS3 top.

Programmable Digital Temperature Controller

I was waiting on under dash mounts to be ready but I’m not waiting any longer, here is the controller. It can be mounted under dash or Velcro in a cubby. These are awesome I have verified everything we need and they have data retention so you don’t need power to keep your programing. The model I decided on have a quick menu to just set temperature so you don’t have to go into the other settings. This will allow you to change temperatures on the fly. This is just one part of the system but I think it is nearly as big an update as when we developed Competition Mode in 09.

• This controller option is included with our original bypass system NC.
• You can upgrade to the ¾” high flow valve kit for $100.

Our latest Interchiller install at LPE, Brian had a very specific wish list starting with his stock ZL1. Smooth idle cam, not too loud for a daily, reliable and consistent. Starting with there 700CHP kit and adding Ported Blower, Headers, 102 TB, 5" Intake, Catch Can, Welded Brick, our Digital Controller on Stock HX, Custom Reservoir and Competition Xtreme Chiller - 715WHP.

Thanks. Yeah it's a big jump solely due to tuner prefers to limit the 93 at 700whp. I don't have mind its a good thing have a detuned option.
