You will need to increase your post count to 5 or above and when you achieve that milestone,, log off for a few minutes,, and when you log back on, the "Conversation" (PM) feature will unlock for you!! This is necessary to see and respond to inquiries and negotiations off the public side,, as well as the responses to this WTB listing!! Can be replies or new threads created!!
