Good luck with your search! I picked up a '16 SSB M6 with 59k on it for ~40k last spring, so your miles/price range goal should be doable!

I'm in the Seattle area and have a 2016 SS 6MT White, with both the sunroof and full size spare, which I ordered and have owned since new. Just about to roll over 40k miles. Clean title no accidents. It's always been serviced at the dealership its entire life.
