if you have tinted, what percentage tint did you use? had a state police officer friend of mine test my drivers side window stock and told me his meter said it had a factory tint of 69-70%. 35 is legal here in GA

In Florida the limit is 28%, and I run 15-20% on top of the factory. Haven't had a problem as of yet, but also 9 out of 10 cars are dark here. I also do the windshield to the A1 line only.

I'm down in Savannah and I have 70 on my front windshield, 20 on the rear, and 35 on everything else.

Legal limit is 35 here but I have 12% on every car I've had

I even had a car with 5% on the rears in the past.

They key is the get ceramic tints - that way you can actually see out at night.

Did you notice any issues with your radio reception? I was going to have mine done and pointed out the warning in the operators manual to the window tinters and they said not to install any tint. Something about the metalic film in the tinting that interferes with the radio reception. I have had several cars tinted in the past and the last one, a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT it messed up the AM radio reception.

20% on my PBM SS all the way around. No problems yet with police. Also had 20% all the way around on my SRM 2009 Pontiac G8GT and never had a problem. Live in sunny Southern Calif. Need it around here. No problems with radio reception. Standard tint.

front tint is totally illegal in california. so to me if you're gonna get busted might as well do it dark.

They are services online that made every effort to provide the customers with accurate and up to date information regarding Nebraska window tint law and its percentage.I'm getting my windows tinted. How dark do you guys recommend that I go? The tint shop is recommending 30% all around in order to avoid and damages..

dont get metallic tints

get either dyed or ceramic

ceramic preferably for many reasons.

I went SunTek CXP 45% all the way around. If they are too dark here in CA you will get hassled. It came out great. Not to dark at night and effective on sunny days.
