I love classic car designs especially from the 50's-60's, so I voted for the second generation corvette.

The C6 vette is a beautiful modern corvette but still not that nice when compared to other cars on the market, now the C7 corvette is just amazing. Curious what the C8 Corvette will be like.

My vote is for the C5. I can remember when I was in Middle School and these came out!! They were such a breath of fresh air and just plain awesome to look at. I can also recall the first time when I gazed upon a Z06 like you pictured above. Effing sweet!!

Although I refuse to vote for the C5 Corvette, I have to agree with you to some degree.

Years ago when the video game, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit came out, the C5 Corvette was the Police Interceptor to go with, so badass!

My love for C5's grew even more from their since I wasn't that much of a Corvette fan at the time, after that, seeing them on the road, I appreciated them a million times more.

Sadly I don't see as many of them on the road as I used to.

I own a C3 and C4 but must say the C2 especially a 67 tri-power 427 was the peak of the Corvette. Love my C3 with those fenders sticking up and the coke bottle shape. With a 454 4 speed its a fun torque monster. The C4 took the Vette to a different level and sent most exotics back home crying. It was one of the first times the USA had a competitor in performance to Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lotus, Porsche for a very low price. The clamshell hood was pretty cool too exposing the drivetrain and suspension. Every generation has their pluses and minuses. I feel that all of them will always have that timeless styling regardless which generation.
