It appears this is the place to revel in family hauler heaven. Picked out this ‘15 Black SS with <20k two weeks ago and was able to take the day off Friday to pick it up. Two days later I’m surfing this forum trying to figure out why the brakes started squealing so aggressively within 24 hours…
If anyone in the PA/NJ/DE area be meeting up or hitting the track let me know!

Welcome to the forum @DelcoSS . Search brake squeal in the search box above. Fixes include the TSB copper paste fix, different usually less aggressive pads, or just driving it like you stole it. Congrats on the SS, pics or it didn't happen!

I am about 1 month in on mine, and I was serenaded with the 'Song of Brembo' within 24hrs of my purchase. As you will find out, this is a great community, and everyone is helpful.
I replaced my shims and lubed the pads/channels according to the Service bulletin and they are good as new.

...well it means the previous owners used factory pads and parts !! Most non factory stuff doesn't have such a easy propensity to squeal, but most Aftermarket solutions also underperform or underwhelm in either performance or installation/wear....or cost a ridiculous amount more than factory. If there was an ideal replacement this forum collective would have found it.
