I'm hoping we get a good set of tires on the SS that are suitable for what the Chevy SS was built for and doesn't hold it back from achieving performance levels it could be at with good quality tires, really hope they didn't cheap out here!
Summer performance Bridgestone Potenzas. 245/40/19 up front, 275/35/19 out back.
Good tires but anyone living in an area that experiences sub freezing temps, ice or snow, don't kid yourself and get proper snow/ice tires. Even in early winter before the snow flies but the temps drop, these tires turn to rocks and grip is severely compromised.
I think prius tires will just limit us to what we can do and won't make the SS as grippy as it should be.
How are Potenzas compared to the tires the Prius come with?
