Black or silver is the call for the SS.

Black if you love detailing.
Silver if you want to hide dirt and scratches.

Silver also does the best job of "masking" Chevy's HIDDEOUS chrome.

Awesome thread, thanks for posting all these VF commodore colors, gives us something new and cool to look at while waiting for Chevy SS's to go on-sale.

Heron White VF commodore with red highlights and black wheels look amazing to me, really gives it that euro performance model look.

The holden Commodore in Phantom with red highlights looks nice and gives it definition. the red highlights give it a more sportier look but not overdoing. If they would take the stripe off the hood and just leave the other red highlights it would be perfect.

White being a very simple color that makes no effort to turn a car into an attention ***** sure does help the SS look really good. Starting to see that the VF Commodore's Orange is a bit too flashy for me.

I'm hoping Mystic Green is either Karma or Regal Peacock. Karma gives me the feel of the old green-grey 95/96 Impala SS.

With all these great colors, it just blows me away that Chevrolet chose SILVER as the show car color. Its so bland! Even white looks better on this car.

Regal Peacock on the SS/Commodore looks amazing, makes it look more like a luxurious vehicle than something from Chevy. Pretty sure this is a color that would be suitable on a Cadillac.

Green is a color that has been largely absent from GM North American car lineup in the last decade. I'm glad to see the Corvette and Cruze getting a green option next year. I'm very curious about Mystic Green. Might be my color...

Karma in broad daylight tends to be a more Grey/Blue colour. Regal Peacock is a real dark deep green with an almost black quality in the shade and is why I belive it to be Mystic green.

I had pretty much written the SS off but that PBM got to me. I still think the chrome is too much of a good thing. Nice weekend PlastiDip project I guess.

Love it, definitely a color that should be available on the SS, even some metallic in it will do it well, and moderize it a bit as some may see that blue as being too dull. only time will tell.
