Hey new SS pals!

I just wanted to give you a much needed update. The SS's have landed in the United States. We are very happy to have them home. They still have a few adventures ahead of them before they reach the showroom or your garage. They will be going through a strict quality audit before we let those beauties out of our sight. We want to ensure that each of the SS's exceed your high expectations. There are many different groups to provide the eyes and ears on each SS. I unfortunately do not have an eta on this quality process. I am available to answer any questions you may have. Often times the best place to reach me is through PM's.

How long do these audits take? Do they have to do them all before they ship any?

I unfortunately do not have an eta on this quality process.

This seems to be the norm for this vehicle. If these cars don't have good sales #'s it will be GM's fault. With Truck sales down and the new Stringray over shadowing the 'SS', GM better hurry and get this beast to the table or we're looking at the 95-96 Impala SS/G8 in the making.

BUT....I'm still patiently waiting here in Dallas for a White SS to show up @ any dealership. :thumbsUp:

I'd guess that the Quality check/Audit will include a fluid level check and plugging into a diagnosis computer to ensure all numbers match allowable tolerances. You must remember that they have been sitting idle longer than a domestic product would.

Thank you for your patience, I promise the SS will be worth the wait! I unfortunately do not have an eta for for the quality audits at this time. We want to ensure that each SS meets the strictest quality standards. Each SS will go through the quality audit prior to shipping.
