The SS for Atlanta that I have been tracking is now at Lordstown Ohio awaiting railcar from there it's a nine day ride to railhead in Lawrenceville Ga plus 2 days for truck to deliver to dealer. Wow this is so much faster I just can't believe it. :(

I have to chime in here because I know of some of the BS we have been fed with regards to WHY our cars take so long to get to us. My point is this. From what I gather, GM is telling prospective owners in the east that there is a rail car shortage and the harsh winter weather is also contributing to the delays. Well, I just came back from my "sit by the tracks" relax time in the little farm community not far from my house. I like to sit in my car and read car mags and watch trains go by and all the other retired stuff. Low and behold here comes a train that seemed to never want to end. Must have had way over 100 car hauling rail cars, all empty, heading east. The train had to be over a mile long and all car train cars. In this area they only come from Benicia. My neighbor made a trip over the bridge towards Benicia and said the rail yard is full of car hauling rail cars. All you guys would have had your cars about two weeks ago if they came by rail from the west. I can't figure this out. I feel your pain.
