I met her today when they introduce the customer to the service department and the first thing she asked me was..."can I have my oil changed at 3,000 or do I have to wait until the light comes on?"...I expained to her that,..."although we are supposed to wait until the oil life is below 20%, I would do her oil change when she would like to"...like I had some kind of authority to do that. But she doesn't know that I learned that right here on this board!...Oh, and I asked her if she knew about this board and she said no, so I will try and get her to join.

She seemed nice...and happy ance:to have bought such a car!
