Hello Texas SS owners! I would like to get a tally of all Texas members on the board, and possibly put together a Texas meet at some point this year. Possibly somewhere we can get on a drag strip, cruise the town, etc. San Antonio is about as Central as it gets as far as a place with a drag strip is concerned. If we can make this an annual event we can move around to Dallas/Houston from year to year.

Chime in and I will make a list of all Texas members and gauge some interest in a meet.

Sounds fun. Hope to have the SS by middle of May. Pretty sure it's in Benicia now.

No problem

Sounds good to me. I live in SA so I am definitely down to meet. San Antonio raceway is. Good track run by professionals. Made at least 100 passes here with no issues. Can't wait to make passes in my SS.

San Antonio is only a 4hr drive!!
Plus a good opportunity to cruise down SH130. That takes a few minutes off!
Love that road. Well worth the toll to avoid IH 35.

I-35 from about new Braunsfels to south Austin is basically the autobahn. I have never been down that stretch of road and not had to go atleast 85 to keep up with traffic. I havent been on 130 yet unfortunately. I hear its the bees knees.

Hear you on that! Not a big fan of I-35 between Austin & SA - too many less-than-friendly types. Always afraid of being caught up in someone else's pile of >>>>. LOL
Thankful I don't have to travel on it too often. I-10 between Comfort and SA can get interesting at times too. Be Safe!
