Finally the head-to-head battle has begun, after a very long delay. Different year, same results.

First race of the season, 95 laps at the Newcastle street course, has Red Bull #97 (Shane van Gisbergen) ZL1 Camaro winning by nearly 15 seconds over his teammate #88 (Broc Feeney).

Bowties dominated, with 7 of 10 at the top of the finishing order being Camaros.

Pushrods vs DOHC - Pushrods WIN - 5.7 LSR V8!

95 laps again tomorrow. Too early to predict - everything could be flipped

I switched back to 14 this weekend after getting yelled at by my kids...... :rolleyes:

Might do it later in the year, track days in south Texas during the summer aren't very much fun.....

We knew this was coming - now it's "official". There's suggestion that the Camaro name will re-surface, though likely without an I.C.E. under current plans. Sales of Camaro have tanked vs competing Ford & Dodge models.
