My SS build

Hey everyone, decided I would share some pix of the new wheels that Jon @Bestwheeldeals squared me away with. They definitely fill the rear wheel wells.

Specs are:
20x9 et35 255/35/20
20x11 et54 305/30/20

Nice! This combo looks really good.

How much do they weigh?

Stock ride height?

How does it ride?

Appreciate it!
Weight- I didn't weigh them...that will come later I guess
Yep, stock ride height.
Rides just as good if not better than the stock rims. Pretty surprised at the Nitto 555 G2 ride

I thought about that. But honestly, i like the contrast of the red brembos, blue paint and black wheels...one day maybe!

I agree, colors work really well as is.

Maybe black bowties, but the gold looks good - patriotic somehow

Love those wheels! Not sure if they’d pop as much on my NGM but I am interested. Do they fit without any modifications?

Yep, told Jon what I wanted and bolted them on when I got them. Had to get the TPMS reset, but that was it. Plug and Play!

Good to know. I may have to pull the trigger on these. I have the tool to reset the TPMS. Thanks for the info.

So, for the LSA build, I got the cam kit, 8 rib belt, brass bushing trunion upgrade, upgraded HX, varimax pump, and injectors. Goal is to have 530-550 reliable hp. I didn't upgrade my oil pump though. What are the thoughts on that? Some say do and some say don't...
Just do it whenever you pull the cover to do the cam later down the line. Pump and chain

well sh*t, only got the upper cam gear, not the pump or chain...wallet is getting lighter...need a catch can also...

what oil pump?

Melling 10295- Oil Pump Stock Volume High Pressure, or

Melling 10296- Oil Pump High Volume High Pressure
I'd ask the reputable builders in your area what they prefer
Quick question to the LSA experts out there: I will be running a 2.55 Griptech upper with a stock lower along with a stock balancer. I've been entertaining a 8.660 lower but didn't know if I needed to upgrade my balancer or if the lower pulley would even bolt to my stock balancer. Thoughts?

On my build I went with an LS1 hi volume pump and C5R timing chain. I don't have the part number for the pump. Have you had any rubbing on the rear tires? They sure look good.

No sir, no rubbing at all. Not lowered though.
