Alright guys, today is the day! The car is leaving our facility. We have finished the headers and exhaust. I personally rode in the car this morning as we were finishing the filming for the videos. This thing sounds WICKED!!!!!

This Car Has our Stainless Works 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers and Full 3" Stainless Works Exhaust. The best way for me to explain the sound of this car is "pure-awesome". The outside of the car is loud and aggressive and the inside is mellow and calm. At idle you can barely hear the exhaust inside but when you step out side it has this deep mean growl. At cruising speeds inside you can tell there is an exhaust but you still can hold a conversation as it is not overwhelming or loud. Outside the car (as it passes at cruising speeds) it would make someone double-take like "WOW was that a Sedan???" It has a deep cruising tone as a Camaro would passing by. WOT is just amazing. The sound outside just makes you really think "What is the world coming to? Did I just hear that from a Sedan pulling away from me??" It has this loud, but deep, aggressive scream. Inside the car at WOT it still has a mellow sound to it, and the volume is much quieter than i would have figured. To me, over all, this system is a home run.

So if i have already purchased a factory connect catback system and then want to add your catted headers at a later date, how do they bolt up together?

Hey Andy will the hedders cause a check engine light to come on, if you don't want a tune just idle curiosity.

Might, might not, also depends which one of their setups you go with. If you're on the fence about tuning or worried about a check engine light, I would just go with their factory connect cat-back system. looks stellar.

If you get the Factory Connect Exhaust you can Purchase the Performance Connect Header "SS14HCATSW" system later on down the road. The Factory Connect Headers system will go straight in to the X-Pipe of the Factory Connect Exhaust.

So is there a complete system from headers, cats, and exhaust?
The The complete system is the Performance connect Headers with Cats and Performance Connect Exhaust. Part Numbers: "SS14HCATSW" & "SS14CBHDR"

If you guys have any other questions let me know.

It is not mandatory you get a tune with headers, However you may get the check engine light. It is always highly recommended that you get a tune as it will optimize the full potential of the headers.

Hey Rich.....bare with me on this; you may have answered this question but alas.....I'm confused :(

From headers to tail pipe (including mufflers), what exhaust package would I have to order?

And if it's SS14HCAT, what (if any) OEM parts would I be retaining?

Thanks!!

If you were to order part number "SW14HCAT" you would be adding Stainless Works Headers, High Flow Cats, 3" X-Pipe and 3" Rear Leads. This will connect to your OEM Mufflers.

To obtain to complete system, Headers to tips, you will need part numbers "SS14HCATSW" and "SS14CBHDR"

Is there a "Package Price" for buying the complete kit? vs. buying only half now and half later?

After I left SW this morning guys with the car I drove to Livernois 184 miles (to get tune). I drove on OTP at 75 on cruise mostly with bursts a little quicker, then I got on I-75/275/94 with about 5 miles city driving at the end. I had NO codes or lights, only thing I noticed was a slight rough idle for a second or so at a light.

Rich,

Will the header/high flow cat system pass emissions in Missouri? We have a "sniff" test here which checks for exhaust pollution output?

Thanks,
