I confess, I have an SSV Redline trunk badge that just arrived. However, with all the confusion amongst the masses thinking our cars are Malibu's, how about this re-badging for complete confusion? Who's up for it??

Seriously - I might do this for a day or two. Maybe because it's Friday and I have had a hard week, but I think I would not stop laughing if I did this. I think I would pee in my pants...

Perpetration.
Ha, from your "Perpetration" thread. I think this would be good "perpetration" for your upcoming track days - wasting the Mopars in your "ECO" Malibu!

the holden badge confuses them enough.

In addition to that, I've always wondered if I could order the Honda/Toyota/Nissan stickers they always stick inside their rear door windows that say ULEV (Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle). It's very subtle and only those "in the know" would catch it. I doubt I could bring myself to misbadge the exterior with metal emblems.

Definitely post up pics and tell us about reactions if you decide to proceed.

I think that is hilarious. I called the junkyard to see if they have a Malibu, I'm tempted to go scrape it off one and put it on the SS.

Supposedly the SS is arriving at the dealer this afternoon, so I'm heading over at 6pm to pick it up today... can't wait!

How would you stick that Malibu emblem on there without damaging the paint?
