From 1000 feet away thought I was seeing yet another 2014 Impala headed east on Commerce Road near Milford, Michigan. Imagine my surprise and delight upon getting closer it was a silver Chevrolet SS with led's proudly announcing 415 horses on tap. I slowed hoping it was a civilian plate as I probably would have given chase... alas... a manufacturer plate likely domiciled at the Milford Proving Grounds meaning it's probably been here for a while...

speed limit = 45 mph coming at me and I'm driving 45 mph headed the opposite direction... no time... although had it been anything other than an M plate I would have turned around and chased it! Silver is b*****chin in person.

I hate to break it to you but it doesn't count if you don't get a photo. It is just a fact of modern life. If you don't get a picture and tweet/post it, it didn't happen. Like when a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it.

I hope that we do get some pics of the SS in the wild soon though.

If I took a picture every time I see something interesting from GM coming out of the proving grounds I'd have to be parked.....
