I don't tweet
Lol! Yeah, that seemed a little too fast. I thought they all had to go through some sort of inspection/quality assurance process after being unloaded and before being shipped to dealers.

Maybe he meant to tweet "SS is now in US!"

Honestly, I'm getting real fed up with the fact that Customer Care isn't telling us anything. This is ridiculous. We paid our $500.00, we shouldn't have to get our information from Twitter.

At first, the fact that they didn't know anything didn't really bother me that much, but given the fact that they just disappear for days and don't even check in with us, I'm starting to get pissed off. I think the head of social media for Chevy, or whoever is responsible for this mess, should be fired. Either they've hired people that don't know what they're doing or the captain is drunk. I worked in the music industry for about 7 years and I knew scores of bands in their early twenties that understood how to successfully engage their fans/customers via social media even in the wake of bad news...when it's probably MOST vital to have a dialogue.

Hey y'all,

I am sorry that there was misinformation posted via Twitter. The SS's are not out at the dealership. They are still sitting in California under quality audits. Thanks Doug!

I want to apologize for being absent for a few day, Whiskuz. I do want to let everyone know that moving forward I am off on Sunday's and Monday's. Jackie has a different shift, that she can share with you. I also am still not able to track order numbers at this time. :(

I am working on some other things to share with y'all, but with since the SS is a new vehicle, I do not want to provide the wrong information. I do appreciate your patience and love your excitement for the new SS! I cannot wait to get behind the wheel myself.

Hey forum bros,

ChevySS here in Vegas. Finally put my deposit down to reserve my SS but my contact says I should expect about a month before they hit the showrooms. My price isn't even guaranteed but if they quote me a penny over MSRP, I'm taking back my deposit. They truly don't know when the car will arrive so it's out of their hands until the SS is physically in their possession.
