Never heard it crank from outside of car till today at rear of car in garage and pull out fob and do remote start shazam this sucker rockers sounds as good if not better than my 2012 Z06 wow. I bet this really sounds off when you blow by someone on the freeway on ramp.

I've taken up walking up to the car from behind and using the remote start every time just for that reason.

I've sat in the driver's seat and revved it for the edification of those standing behind the car. They seem to have dumb smiles on their face like WTF?

I don't think you get the same effect sitting in the car.

I should probably have my wife rev it for me while I stand behind it.

I share the same feelings about my car. Had to have the wifey drive it around me in a parking lot to hear what it sounds like from the outside.:rock:

After reading this thread last night, you know I just had to go for a ride in my ZL1 ... Ya baby !!! Solo HF cats with the dual mode exhaust, and QTP cut outs for getting really crazy loud. ( I just love this car ) Can't wait to get my SS, I'm thinking a set Solo cats just might be the ticket.

The sound of a great engine on start up, like the SS is my absolute favorite!

I am picturing the faces of those who do not know about the SS hearing her roar for the first time! Awesome!
