Finally, ordered my SS on a whim in June. When it got here, I was hooked. It's mine and I'm ready to roll.... I'm a baby boomer from Louisiana who has finally given up the SUV's. My first and only SS was a 1968 Chevelle 396 SS.

Will be traveling to Houston and San Antonio a lot. It does appear the theres alot of them SS's in Texas. Hope to hook up with ya'll on the road. Ain't it fun to be driving a modest sedan that can kick some obnoxious ass.

If that gathering in San Antonio comes about, I plan to be there to visit with some of ya'll.

Call me crazy but I've missed the fun of driving. :yahoo:
