The only time I could imagine seeing super fast police cars were in the Need For Speed racing game series. For now Dubai Police already have a Ferrari FF, Lamborghini Aventador & Chevy Camaro SS to their fleet. Seeing how they have the Camaro SS, should they add a Chevy SS Performance Sedan?

I think it would be cool to see a Chevy SS police interceptor, although American police forces have the Caprice, a Chevy SS police car would be even better :D

With a light bar, the SS looks pretty cool:

I don't think the SS would qualify for the type of cars they are buying for their fleet. I guess they can pair it with the Camaro SS.
Why wouldn't it? It may be nothing like a Ferrari FF, Lamborghini Aventador or any other supercar but it's basically a 4 door Camaro and being not significantly different than the Caprice PPV, I actually think the Chevy SS sedan would be suitable for Dubai Police.

Plus they're the only police force cool enough to add the SS to their fleet.

Yes! When a Dubai police officer sees a crime or infraction in process that requires lightning fast response time, he or she should immediately contact GM and place an order for a 2014 SS. Then, in approximately ninety days, he will be able to give pursuit.

I don't see why they shouldn't they have all the money in world do just about anything. ****, they could have a corvette or even a koeniggsegg while they are at it. The Camaro is kinda not practical for the back seat prisoners lol you would have to fold your seat back all the time. So the SS would make more sense for that reason.

the ss/g8 failed us police requirments in the back seat area, too small with a cage fitted, this is why the caprice was chosen, aus and every other nation who use holdens as cop cars use the omega as a standard urban patrol car and an ss for highway & intercept work,
also don't forget an aus ss is nothing more than a base G8 with no added extras except a V8 instead of a V6, it really is all bang with no bling

this is why when you shop for a used ss/ss-v if you don't want an ex chaser look for the ss-v, cops don't use them (cost too much)

They need faster cars so they can catch people only to be paid off on the spot. Yes go Dubai.

Why do you even need police in Dubai? You just need lots of money.
So those driving supercars can reenact their very own Need for Speed: Most Wanted. Real life video game.

Drive fast, get chased by police, get caught, pay your bill, rinse and repeat.

Must be nice to be rich

They're already using the Commodore and Caprice (Statesman) in the ME, the point is moot.
