Noticed a lot of slip stream blue SSs in the greater seattle area from posting here. I had to travel to purchase mine and drive it back. In the wild, I've only seen a handful of SSs. I decided to create this thread to see just how many blue SSs are in the area. And maybe.... just maybe have a seattle blues meet up when the good weather returns.

If you have a blue SSs and are in the greater Seattle area, post a pic and tell us a bit about how you acquired yours and when and how often it sees the road and what you've done to it so far...

2nd owner with 17k miles, 1 of 69 with options, 38th built, its a 2016 with 6M, sunroof, and fullsize spare.

I've added homelink visor, roto fab CAI, skip shift, splash gaurds, rear window sun shade, black upper and lower window trim, black vents so far...I have more black bits just not installed yet...

As other blue SS owners on here have recently mentioned, it's a little dark, wet, and cold for good exterior shots so heres an interior shot. Shift boot, shift knob, and black trim installation have been finished after this was taken.

WAMS flashed, camaro steering wheel, GTO shift knob, MGW short throw shifter, and Holden airbag for now...

Looks good! What method did you use to black out the grill and trunk lion emblems?

The window trim, grill, grill surround, and vents are factory black replacements. Grill badge, boot badge, and SS emblems are gloss black from CJs in AU. The only exception is the 2 console trim pieces, the steering wheel trim and shift knob bezel. I used hyper dip piano black for those 4 items.

Okay, that’s pretty cool. I didn’t know the grill and trunk emblems came in black at all. I’ve got all the other black trim and like the look of black lions also. Do you have a link you could share?

Spotted this one in the wild, right after I passed the black SS that's always parked next to the train tracks under the west seattle bridge.

16 or 17 slick top auto?

This makes 4 slip stream blue SS's in seattle area counting mine that I know of. 3 are members counting myself. If this is yours please claim it, post some pictures, and tell us a bit about it please!!!

Thank you. I tried to fill the wheel well instead of lowering and inadvertently made it a bit of a donk. I think I'll drop it an inch eventually. Love the chubby stance!!

Sorry for the dark photo. It's hard to get good pictures of shiny cars because they are like mirrors...

Window tint installed. Shop left their mark but that's for a whole nother thread. Rear roof spoiler is off temporarily till the new one arrives. Once the this is resolved I'll share where NOT to take your SS to get tint in Seattle...
