Screw a used G8...2012 Chevrolet SS $22k

Wow, that car has been idling for almost half its life so far. Shows the odometer isn't the whole story.

The SS is already a hard sell. A Caprice SS would cost even more and probably have fewer potential buyers. Nobody buys a car that large anymore - and if they do they're either retired or looking for a high end large luxury sedan as a status symbol.

Which are both closer in size to the SS. All under 200" long. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Taurus and Caprice are the only non-luxury cars over 200". The Caprice is 204".

Maybe Chrysler can pull off the near-luxury price for a car that size - not Chevrolet.
