About 1 mile from home, at the intersection across from me was a Black SS. I honked my horn but had my music up and couldn't hear if he honked back. Had a Hank Graff Chevrolet sticker on the rear of the car which made me cringe and almost turn around to let him know I'll help remove it.

It was kind of weird seeing another one on the road, especially so close to home. That was the only only besides my own I've seen driving around EVER.

Oh yeah, was about 2pm in Grand Blanc Township on Hill Rd. & Center Rd. Intersection.

The only one I have seen on the road is mine. Besides the ones at the dealerships when I pass them. I'm sure as this crappy Chicago winter turns to summer we will see alot more of them.

It may be a long time before I see one out in the wild here in north east PA. I hardly see any G8's and there are a lot more of them on the road.

I looked at the member map and saw one in New York City, would love to know who that is so maybe we can have a photoshoot or something.

Pretty darn neat however, Think if how Rare our cars are. If anyone in the Area I live in see a red SS, yup it was more than likely me. It's nice to see more of the same breed, but knowing you own a rare own is pretty cool too. I only have seen less than 10 Red ones for Sale in Michigan. Lots of black, LOTS!

I can't wait to see another one in person! Now that we are getting ready to move further down into the Charlotte area, I'm hoping to, at least, see one in passing. I'll probably pee myself with excitement, lol. My hubby's charger are a dime a dozen, but SS, nope.

Thats because the black is not only the best looking, its also the fastest. Black always adds 30 hp :3tens:

With that extra HP it probably is almost as fast as the Red ones! The red ones started out Black, but once you reach a certain HP and speed level the Black turns to Red. Why you think it is called Red Hot?
