I took that video at Benicia of the second shipment of cars going up the hill to the inspection yard. It was getting dark and some of the drivers had evidently manually turned on the headlights. MikeC1003 was with me. We had been there all day watching Chevy Sparks, about 2000 of them, before the real show began. The white vans shuttled the longshoremen drivers back and forth from the yard to the ship and back.

So is it a way to turn running lights on

During the day light hours, when you put the car in gear, they come on. There is a way discussed and described on this forum using another relay to have them come on with the headlites on also. I forget the thread name, but I think it is easy to find in the tech section maybe.

Hey Meatsausage, the thread for how to make your DRL's come on with the headlites is in the "How to" section by Dangchung. I just might do this to mine. It looks kool!!!
