Link to the schedule for Rockingham Dragway. I am more interested in the open test and tune sessions. Looks like the first one is Sunday, March 2nd, you know, the day after Cars and Coffee.
Either way, thought I would post the schedule here. Maybe a few of us happen to go down the same day, maybe not.
If the drag strip is not your thing, no worries, it is not for everyone. I personally want to see what I can get the car to do stock and then with the basic tune from Livernois.
Tune was sent over before 5p EST on 2/25, last question (octane rating I will use) was answered at 6:03p EST on 2/25. I was told to expect 48-72 hour turn around, which would be after 5p today.
No rush, I would rather you take time to get the tune dialed in the first time then to have to deal with correcting issues, if there are any.
Tune has been received and loaded. Butt dyno has never been accurate, but I can tell the transmission in sport mode, is quicker to shift, especially when passing someone doing 55 in a 70. Instant down shift, no pause or "thinking".
Planning a trip to the Rock tomorrow. Will see if I can get some runs in. If I remember to bring the tuner, I will see if I can remember to load the OEM tune and get some comparison runs.
