I'm liking the sounds of this...

Tuning companies are currently busy preparing performance packages for the all-new 2014 Corvette Stingray and its new LT1 V8 engine. One of those companies is Redline Motorsports, who recently announced the “Adrenaline Rush Package” for the 2014 Stingray. Consisting of a twin-turbo upgrade, along with suspension and visual updates, it is one of the first tuning packages announced by any third party.

According to LSXTV, the power figure for the twin-turbo 2014 Stingray will be formidable 625 horsepower to the crank, while coil-over shocks paired with the Corvette’s new Magnetic Ride Control system promises incredible cornering abilities. There’s also new wheels to fit in larger carbon ceramic brakes. Meanwhile, cosmetic improvements can include a full carbon fiber aero package which includes a functional front splitter and front mount intercooler scoop, as well as new side skirts and rear spoiler. No word on pricing just yet, but stay tuned to GM Authority as we learn more.

I'm sure it won't be an issues putting a turbo kit on the SS since its available in only the LS3 right now. Its really not that difficult to put together a kit on basically anything. My brother is already putting a together a T67 kit on his 2014 Silverado. I don't know anything about Redline, but right now I can't see it being more than just vapor-ware. I'm wondering if this is more of a "hey, we'll be able to custom fabricate a turbo kit for the new C7"... But my opinion is very biased when it comes to LSx building and tuning ;).

Also, Redline needs to get a more realistic Photoshop rendering, unless they truly plan to run what appears to be 24-26 inch wheels, lol.

There are at least 3 differant builders that have TT kits for the G8 LS3 and L76 engines that I know of.

Putting a TT kit on an SS shouldn't be a problem.
