nope did not have to. however if you need to change your headlamps or turn signal bulbs the bumper has to come off. not the smartest design.

next is air bag swap won't get that until another 90 days at least. car will be lowered hopefully you will see that sometime very soon! 20 inch wheels too, but waiting on custom wheel hub rings to be made since no one makes any for this car and wheel set up i have. also some custom carbon fiber work i will be doing for the SSs. also looking for supercharger as well.

Yes. GM even provided you the tool to remove the inner fender for replacing bulbs.

i have torx bits so that tool is useless. lol!

but i also don't think you can get to the HIDs either this way. they looked really deep in there when i pulled them out.

and what is with that wheel lining it's like trunk material. lol!

I have Torx drivers too. I had to plug my right hid back in after the harness came unplugged, and I wasn't sure I was ever going to get it done. Not sure I could have changed the bulb. No problem reaching the turn signals though.

Not necessarily take it off, but just pull out the front half of it. I hope you ordered two airbags so that I can buy one from you. :tongue:

DangChung was able to change the HID bulb through the fender, but I opted to just pull out my headlights while doing the Holden conversion.

personally i would leave the lion chrome. especially here in the states it will confuse them more.
