I went to the local dealer in in So Cal. They are already taking $500 off with the tags in the window....Sales guy told me he would do one at $100 over invoice if I "bought today".
Did not test drive. Not liking the plastic valance on the rear end. Only looks good on a black car so far (to me).

I bought my SS for that price in San Antonio, TX. Mine came with the sunroof/moonroof(whatever) but no spare tire. The other SS I looked at had the sunroof and a spare tire but the MSRP was 47,100. I was wondering if the salesman explained this to you. I think this is why its $500 off unless its $500 off the $46,700. I could be wrong. I bet its because it doesn't have the spare tire.

He is right. Rydell is offering $500 off the msrp and no dealer extras. I think the disconnect is that these cars do not fit the LA mentality where there is a lot of money, but the worst drivers in the US who are more interested in labels than actual performance. With that said, I have been stopped by people at least 3 times, but 2 of them could not afford and the 3d was in his 70s.

:flag:Come on now...I won't see 59 again myself.

I can barely afford one now, since I've been though the GM fire of 08-09, but I have had nothing but fast cars my whole life. This one will suit me just fine.

Look at the MSRP. It has the roof AND spare....and it is black, the most popular color.

This is the dealer discount, not a factory rebate. Did you the read the part where I said the sales guy would do the deal for $100 over invoice??
