Like many of y'all, I sought out a parking spot away from other cars. There was a completely empty row at the far end of the parking lot where I left my car all by itself. When I came out of the building the White Lion was surrounded by unmarked police cars on one side and the mounties on the other. WTH?!!??
Immediately I figured out that there must a demonstration planned on 'Protest Corner' by the Galleria (aka Gaza-ria as most every Arab group with a grievance will demonstrate there). I asked one of the officers who was demonstrating and he said "The Iranians, but they've been pretty good". It had to be the hijab protests that are happening world wide.
I thought about going to check out the demonstration but didn't have time to stick around.

Still around and still have the SS. Let my buddy drive it on our most recent trip to the tail while i drove my turbo Miata.
We actually ran into a group of SS owners. They were some of the biggest assholes i've met, really arrogant. Not sure what group they were with, but they weren't on the same wavelength as the rest of us.

Here's a couple more non SS pictures.

If you look closely you can see the SS behind my Miata.
This Trans Am is INSANE. Built like you wouldn't expect, full tube subframes, all suspension upgrades, big brakes, stroked LS1 with LS3 heads, this car is built to handle.

Not sure how people feel about driving like a menace around here.
Nobody but the cameraman was around and it was kept between the lines.

Who supplied the pod? Ortiz? IMO the only way to go, I don’t like the cubby and speaker pods.

I tried an Ortiz (center speaker pod), but he sent the wrong one, so I had to return it. I also tried the Jeff Bohn fabric covered 2-pod, but then decided I wanted a 3-pod. I ended up with this from JCS Pods. I plan on changing the color of the pillars to matt black.

Trivia: I spent some time as a test analyst, so I’m an instrumentation buff. I like monitoring system parameters without stepping through menus while driving. Heaven knows there is a ton of options, so I’m trying these. I’ve never liked idiot lights.
