With automatic do you think it'll come with?

Good chance of a 6 speed manual?

6 speed is a must, can't see it coming with a 5 speed, 6 speed will just make it a better vehicle.
Well it wouldn't come with a 5 speed manual. I just hope they offer a manual transmission in general. I'd be pretty pissed if it came with just automatic transmission.
With the right implementation, a dual clutch would be my ideal choice.
Holden stopped using the 5 speed manual when the LS1 was introduced way back at the back end of the 90's. So that is pretty safe it will be a 6 speed. I would be extremely surprised if it isn't offered with a manual so I would be quietly confident it will be one of your options (a long shot but it may get the 7 speed that debuted for the Corvette, highly unlikely but that would be good) along with sunroof and a small list of things like interior and exterior color options.
It will be highly likely to launch with the current 6 speed auto with revised calibrations and mapping.

Depending on how long Chevrolet decides to keep the SS sedan alive in production, we might just see the Corvette seven-speed in the sedan.

What would be good is if Chevrolet can make special trim Chevrolet SS sedan`s or special editions that offer more than what a regular SS would have.

At least this way they can bring together all the crazy high performance stuff the C7 corvette has into a sedan for people that want it and have the money for it.

$80 - 100k sedan....hmm
Looks like the base will come with a 6 speed manual. No word on what automatic and if there will be any 7 speeds for the higher trim levels.
