I just read that thread. Pretty interesting stuff. I myself have rebuilt several flood C6’s but never a SS. They are pretty straight forward. I only go for low flood ones though. Less chance of having major issues. Ones as deep as that one though oof that’s tough. It’s a gamble, and luckily it paid off. Mine is bent up pretty bad. But she should fly true again. She’s got a nasty side and some other issues going on. But it does run good and it does drive. I’m starting a build journal soon.Hope you guys enjoy it.Welcome to the SS Forums @JayzBentSS !!

Rescued From Houston, the "SS Soggy Bottom"
I've rescued a Huricane victim from Texas and I hope to chronicle the work here. This car was flooded with fresh water to about half-way up the doors. It sat in the water an unknown (to me) amount of time and then sat in a CoPart auction yard since then. It's going to need a little love but...www.ssforums.com
