That picture does an excellent job of capturing how the color changes so much with lighting conditions. Sure hope I've got some pics of my own soon, Car and Driver will want their pic back from my sig sooner or later.
Maybe that's why nobody knows where it is, C&D has it.(i thought that was your car in your sig. lol)
Yes I have. CAI, engine covers, solo axle back, black bowties everywhere, blue filter, dashcam, weathertechs, trunk mat, Elite catch can, tint... Whew! Been busy since Wed at 6pm when I brought it home.Wow, you've been busy since delivery!!! Looks great!! Roto-fab is next on my list. Where did you get the blue colored filter from?
Where did you buy the engine covers. Did you paint those yourself? They look good
Thanks man. All of my pics are taken with a camera phone, so they're pretty low budget quality, but all my money is sittin' on Bridgestones.Very nice pic
After seeing them on Alchemy Purple, Jungle Fever and SLIHR, I had to have 'em. Almost went with LS3 on them instead of SS.Beautiful pics just ordered the engine covers from roto-fab. After seeing yours it was an easy decision!
Vinyl wrap. I heat up the gold insert, slowly pull it out, wrap around the edges and apply a new strip of 3M tape and re-insert.After seeing the black bow ties on against the blue I realize I have to do it. Vinyl wrap, paint or something else?
Didn't Kenny Rogers sing "You got to know when to Holden"?Covering the gold bowties helps out quite a bit on the blue, but I went this route instead.
A guy can dream can't he? Besides, you know you miss our cars parked next to each other confusing people at cars and coffee. That dream is a tad early.
Compliments of member john1461:Thanks for the replies. I have a Stryker Blue G8 and love the color. I've never seen a Perfect Blue SS in person. I'm trying to decide on Perfect Blue or wait for the 16 shade of blue. Just want the one that is closest to what I have.
