Chevrolet is the reason you can't order the SS with dark rims, aus cars have chrome or black depending on colour chosen

Iam surprised there isnt an option for black rims at the very least, Looks wicked on the white models. I don't know what difference there is to them to make them unavailable?

Here are the Commodore SS wheels if you are wondering what they look like.

I am sure there is/will be a lot of aftermarket options for this vehicle. Owners would definitely jump at the chance to modify the SS. Plenty to do under the hood and on the outside/inside to make it look nice.

What would you guys want to mod first on the SS?

The bolt pattern on the VF is a 5x120. But there has been very little information on what offset and width this car will take.

yea thats what I was thinking, C7 rims. Ok so C7 and SS share a bolt pattern theres some options right there...

unfortunately C7 only has the one OEM set right now, but these are in the works from HRE... I'd slap em on my SS TBH.

The Bolt pattern for the C6 & C7 is 5X120mm.

So if those C7 wheels fit then any C6 (OE or Aftermarket) wheel will fit.

Worst case scenario we get a bolt pattern converter
I think it's about $400 for a whole set, not bad if you really want specific wheels in a different bold pattern

5x120 is the same bolt pattern as the Holden/Chev SS, the offset is 45 IIRC
