Hello all, just picked up a new SS yesterday (11/2/13) in Phantom Black Metallic, sunroof, and full size spare. Can't wait to get it on the road!

Guess what everybody I got the new 2017 SS with factory supercharger three weeks ago. But I'm not to put any pictures or video to show you. I even got it before they didn't California. I might even drive it for the first time in the next couple days.

Well I have 100miles now. Love it! Not sure how much it's like a GXP since I only had a G8 GT but it's fantastic. Smooth ride, no road noise, flat in the turns (stiffer than my BMR Sways on my GT), great power.

I will take some more pix tomorrow. This is one when the car is in the show room.

They look awesome in black. Now to get the black out treatments to replace the chrome vents and grill

Compared to the GT it's a 100% improvement in material, technology, and comfort. Performance is a large step maybe a 50% improvement because of response, power, and handling. Stock sound is nice, again can't compare it to a stock GXP.

I love the black...first black car. I was going to get White but that dealer wanted an extra $1500 on top of MSRP for the car so I went with Black.

More pix to come. Commute to work now (190mile round trip).

Do you plan on driving the SS as a DAILY DRIVER?

Yes and no, I will add about 3-7k on the car. Typically I take a company car on that round trip.

Understood! I would love to test some Adams products out. Never used any of them on my G8. I have had good success with the NoRinse and Rejex combination on previous cars (one charcoal in color).

Congrats! I ordered a white one, but my dealer will have a black one in a week. Not totally sure I won't take it. Tough decision.
