Will pick up my new PBM SS on Wednesday. This will make the next member in a long line of black GM cars - 1987 Grand National (gone, sigh), 2006 GTO (gone), 2012 CTS-V Sportwagon (current garage queen), and now 2014 Chevy SS. The SS will be my regular daily driver for the most part. Wished I still had the Grand National. The CTS-V wagon stays

Will post pictures when I have the car in hand.

My GM cars through the years (four black cars)

I've had a long love for black GM sports cars. It started in October of 1987 with my Grand National - bought new, on a lark.
I was 23 in this photo - I looked younger than that. I had the GN for 3 years before I let it go (sigh).

After many years I did get a 2006 GTO

I didn't have it very long before life circumstances intervened.

Fast forward to 2011, and I am fortunate to own a CTS-V Sportwagon (still have it, plan to keep forever) : .

The SS is going to be my mostly daily driver



We are living in a wonderful era for cars. I am fortunate to have been able to have owned/currently own some good ones.
