Hello all,

I think I committed a mortal sin by posting without first introducing myself. I'm located in KC, MO. I've always been a Chevy guy ever since I was young. My first road trip memories were to Truman lake in my dad's old green Monte Carlo. He's always owned Chevys and I guess it rubbed off. He almost let me buy a '92 Camaro Z28(white with red racing stripes, 5 speed,t tops) for my first car. But conscience got the better of him and I ended up with a '93 Cavalier lol.

I'll hit the big 3-0 next spring and i have a son nowadays so i need something a touch more practical. I once entered a contest with GM that if you won you got to pick ANY model for free. My choice was going to be a CTS-V M6 wagon, yes you read that right, haha a wagon. A 556hp manual wagon...what's more practical than that haha ;-)?

Anywho, then I saw this car on YouTube at an auto show...i fell in love! I check this forum daily and really wish I had the coin for a Red Hot 2 SS. Hopefully by the time I can get one they'll come out with a factory supercharged one with a 6sp manual, like the ZL1 Camaro. One can only hope. Haha. Well its nice to meet you all and I love seeing all the pics and conversation. It's exciting to me to read how excited all the new owners are when they get their new SS. Now bring on the mods and videos lol.

Yeah my buddy works as a salesman at a Cadillac dealer and let me test drive a CTS-V wagon...was also an automatic. It was great. Definitely aggressive. I punched it on the highway and was doing 130 in no time. Made me want it all that more.

Mine will be 2 in January. He likes playing with cars and big trucks. He likes watching big trucks on TV also. We watch Corvette videos on YouTube too haha. I wish I could embed a video of it on my phone lol.
