I did clay it first. :wink The finish was pretty uncontaminated, mostly cause the car has been driven so little in it's 4-years of life.

Thanks for the compliment.
Before I ceramic coated my car earlier this Spring, I used a clay mitt from Adam's polishes. It worked a lot faster than the traditional clay bar and was just as effective. Just an option for you next time if you are so inclined. I mentioned on another thread that the Mystic Green seems to be the least discussed color. I'm not saying its the most rare (Jungle Green and Alchemy Purple), but it seems to be the least discussed. I think the MG works great on the SS and if you had kept the Chevy badges, that MG color blends the best (IMHO) with the gold Chevy badging. For a 14, that car is in fabulous condition! Pictures made it look like the car was brand new off the lot. Congrats.

Yeah, Adam's makes great stuff. This is what I use:

The wax was just Maguire's Gold Class liquid, nothing exotic. Applied with Porter-Cable buffer and removed by hand.

I am on the fence about having the SS coated. My Z06 has Gtecniq Crystal Serum Ultra.

Im a big fan of Ceramic Coating. Especially if the paint is in good shape. Anywho, thanks for the pics sir. Your car looks amazing!

Very well done. I really think gold / bronze / chrome are the main colors that work. Black chrome csn work but have to work on trim pieces.

Another '16 Mystic Green Manual. I like how the color changes based on sun or shade.

Just got Furiosa back from the body shop - repairs finished, upgrades installed and Holden badging affixed. Finally! Loving the Kooks system so far.

Ok so no photos to post this time , but a question only MGM owners would know the answer to. Has anyone found vinyl wrap to match our paint?
