I think the biggest complaint i've seen from people about the SS is how it looks like a normal Chevy sedan, meanwhile the SRT 300 stands out big time.
I can't complain about the looks of the SRT. It does look like a poor man's Bentley Flying Spur.

Many moons ago when the 300's first came out there were a couple aftermarket 'jazz 'em up' suppliers making Bentley lookalike grills and stuff for them. A few dealers around here were making big $$ jazzing them up like back in the "simulated convertible carriage roof" glue and screw on days.Funny you mentioned that, the last few weeks I have noticed several 300's that have been debadged and redone with Bentley badging ... Don't know if it's a new fad starting or just a bunch of typical posers.
Really all you'd need to walk away from the 300 is a dyno tune/Livernois canned tune. If you look the 300 only out trapped it by a mile per hour.As mentioned for 16k you can do some mods and smoke an SRT. Strapping a supercharger on top of that small block and it's see ya later Mopar!! The SS is one of the best balanced sport sedans out there for the money!! The 300 is an in your face style where the SS is more smooth and stealthy. I would choose the SS over the 300 any day.
Trust me, from the day it came out, this probably accounts for over 50% of it's sales.Funny you mentioned that, the last few weeks I have noticed several 300's that have been debadged and redone with Bentley badging ... Don't know if it's a new fad starting or just a bunch of typical posers.
This. 600 bucks should do, not 16k.Really all you'd need to walk away from the 300 is a dyno tune/Livernois canned tune. If you look the 300 only out trapped it by a mile per hour.
