News to me, but I just found out the truly gangster looking driving lights only come on in Drive, Neutral, Reverse & Sport. No parking and stunting aloud guys. :S-A-Smack:

I can Not get that strip of lights to come on at all.... I tried drive, Reverse, park, pushed every button ..... Nada, Nothing, No Cool lights...

Car running, in Drive, in the daylight, and the DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) should be on.

is there a way to bypass that so they can be on when ever the car is running?

The headlights should be set to auto. If the car is out of park, switch is in auto and it's not on, give it a flick to "Off" and check the DIC for auto headlights confirmation.

Make sure its during the day too, wont operate at night w/o the DaChung mod.

Pull up to a building in the Daylight and look at your reflection in the windows. Also works when behind cars. They are on.
