Does anyone here in Vegas know what club puts on the car meet on Sundays at Jones and Craig by the Dunkin Donuts store? There were about 100 old cars and new cars park with people all over.

Yeah my neighbor said it's the club that use meet across from the Santa Fe station. I am still looking all over for the club name so I can see where their rotation takes them.

Yes, I've been to the one in Las Vegas on Eastern when I was in Vegas in January. Cold as **** but plenty of cars to look at. Saw Nate and his 2009 G8GT and Tom in his 2009 G8GT. Both were quite impressed with the features of the new SS and said they would wait and think about buying one at a later date. Next time I'm in Vegas, I'll probably make it to Cars and Coffee again.

I have only seen one SS driving with NV plates that was a black one going down sahara a couple months back. there are a couple facebook pages where we post events from time to time. they are "Desert Muscle" and "Las Vegas Pontiac G8/GTO and Chevrolet SS" there is a july 4th event on desert muscle currently.

You know ill be there! When are you gonna throw so mods at that car. Heard just a tune wakes that car up. Same as the g8 the factory tune is for comfort not performance

Have had a RotoFab CAI installed and custom tune done at GRC Performance in Mission Viejo. Really woke the car up. Picked up 35 RWHP and 30RWTQ, I like it. Also MPG have picked up by approx. 2 MPG city and hwy. I really like that too. Won't be doing much else to the car unless I hit a big Jackpot in Vegas, We'll see.

Goat Run

Travis, read post 10. It's about the Goat Run that's taken place the last 14 years in Las Vegas, Palace Station. Mostly for GTO Owners, but they have graciously allowed G8's and now maybe SS owners to participate. It is a pay event and you have to register for various activities. Look at LS1GTO.
