All you need is to sprinkle it liberally with a bit of dust, and you can list it as a valuable "Barn find" survivor.

You can buy just the case on ebay.

I take the guts out of the old one and put it in the new one.

No programming.

1 upper here. Just replaced and threw away one of my camaro keys last week. And this is the other key. Both my keys looked like that within a year of each other

Yep, just a poor design....

Buy a Holden logo key fob from Australia and swap your circuit board into it. Boom, problem solved and an upgrade! That's what I did with mine when the button fell in.

Keyfob covers on Amazon for some Buick models have the same shape as the SS keyfob but with a circle logo cutout that fits the Holden logo perfectly so won't have to worry about wearing the buttons down anymore since the cover protects them.

Wow. Looks like a teething toddler on meth got ahold of it....
