I will admit I'm more impressed with fast stock runs, after all with enough money any car can be made to go fast.

I am not too impressed at the times with HPs 600 kit on the car. My 2011 5.0/auto Mustang with CAI, complete exhaust, TQ, DS, tune, gear ran consistent high 11s @116-117 with best of 11.63 and 11.73 at National Trails and it was dyno tested at 440 HP?
I think you can beat his times with a lot less money invested and without a blower or Nitrous.

I agree that the ETA is not stellar, but I am impressed that a tuner shop has already modified the SS and has videoed it on their drag strip while many on this board are still tracking ships with their cars on it.

Has any other tuner shop began their SS development yet? I can think of one vendor that won't even buy a car of their own and are looking for donor cars.

So car goes 12.9 in quarter stock 415hp 3900 lb's or so and 11.84 same car with 600hp hum wonder why. My vet is mid 11's with good drive in high 10's and if mode with tune cia and hedders will be low 10 or high 9.

93 octane and im sure the car can go a bit faster than that, maybe a mid 11. Thats quite an improvement, now is that at the rears or at the crank?

I thought the slip said the driver's reaction time was 0.4 sec. Shouldn't we subtract that off the overall time to get the car's time?

No, the RT is just the time from when the light turns Green, to when the first timing light is tripped. You could have a RT of 30 minutes and still have a low ET ...
