Hello SS members!
My name is Jackie and I work with the Social Media Customer Care department for General Motors. The GM Social Media team is responsible for scanning over sixty forums, including this one, in order to provide customer service to those who utilize them. While we are not able to provide technical assistance, we are able to help in terms of customer assistance. You may have seen us on other forums Facebook, or Twitter. Our team is here to share in your ownership experiences and to answer any questions you may have about your SS, whether it be how to operate different functions on the vehicle, provide warranty information or recall details, or give you any additional support we can if you should need to work with a GM service department to address any concerns you may encounter on your vehicle. Even more exciting, though - we can also check into any vehicle order inquiries for you as you await your SSes!
