Dealer now has VIN but the car has not been released to his inventory, so he cannot print an invoice yet!!! Maybe tomorrow, I hope. Then it has to be trucked a whole 35 miles to the dealer. Then I have to hope the dealer can do the PDI and clean it up by the weekend or Saturday. Too many variables to sit still yet. Then I am told by dealer that people have been waiting for Chevy Volts and they are due in and need inspections also. I reminded him of how long I have been waiting and that my fuse is really gettin short!!! This has got to end. Oh, then my dealer tells me there is another one of his SS's in this shipment also!!! I said mine is first!!! He agreed.

This dealer sure doesn't want "completely satisfied."

CSI = $ I just am struck dumb by the attitude!
I can't wait for the customer satisfaction survey. My sales guy is reluctant to inquire about this situation with his higher ups I think because of the intimidating atmosphere that mangement at this dealership creates. My sales guy has even told me that he does not really like to go to the management levels for assistance. He is too laid back. All this is why I stopped communicating with the general manager because he got real rude with me and told me at one point that "all those websites are all speculation". Hopefully today the car will be released to their inventiory. I wouldn't need to put on a disheveled look, because that is what I look like anyway, no?? You all saw what I look like. Well, back in October I stopped gettin my haircut as a quiet protest to all this BS. So I now look like I need a cardboard sign so I can go sit by the intersection and beg FOR MY SS. Maybe near the dealership, no??
