For surface rust? How many times would they let you get them replaced? The simpler fix seems to be a little paint . Less times at the dealer the better.
Hate those rusting rear rotors?
Paint them with Dupli-Color caliper paint. Beautiful wheels until you see the rusting rotor. It lasted a week before I had to paint them. Colors are Red, Yellow, Black, Silver, and Blue spray can or brush on. (I use brush on) I painted the caliper and the rotor.
